Gratitude Challenge!

As my birthday approaches, I wanted to start a 7 day challenge and I encourage you to join me!


WHY DO IT?

Keeping a gratitude journal has been linked to lower stress levels, better sleep, brain clarity, reduction in physical pain and overall, a better sense of well-being.

HOW IT WORKS

  1. Start any day

  2. Time required: 5 – 10 minutes

  3. What time of day: it doesn’t matter, just pick a time that suits you to spend a few minutes in quiet reflection (I find morning works best for me to start my day with positivity)

  4. Instructions: Write your answers to the following daily prompts. The prompts are important as they help you tune in to a positively focused mindset.
