WHY DO IT?
Keeping a gratitude journal has been linked to lower stress levels, better sleep, brain clarity, reduction in physical pain and overall, a better sense of well-being.
HOW IT WORKS
Start any day
Time required: 5 – 10 minutes
What time of day: it doesn’t matter, just pick a time that suits you to spend a few minutes in quiet reflection (I find morning works best for me to start my day with positivity)
